Job Description
To provide visionary, strategic, and instructional leadership to ensure high standards of academic excellence, discipline, holistic child development, and effective administration across the preschool and primary levels, harmonizing both GES and Cambridge curricular.
Required Skills or Experience
Education
- Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant specialization (mandatory).
Professional Certification
- Qualified Teacher Status (GES professional license or equivalent).
- Cambridge International Education training (advantage).
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/administrative role
- Experience in both local (GES) and international (Cambridge) curricula.
Skills & Competencies
- Leadership & Management Skills: Strategic planning, decision-making, team management.
- Academic Expertise: Strong knowledge of GES and Cambridge curriculum.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written english; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to inspire, motivate, and manage staff, students, and parents.
- Problem-solving: conflict resolution, critical thinking, and adaptability.
- ICT proficiency: competent in educational technology and digital tools
