Customer Service Executive

Here’s is a new customer service job located in the Volta Region of Ghana.

We’re seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executive Interns at our Ho Branch. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, providing timely support, and building strong customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Description

Location: Volta Region (Ho)

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulate access of the public into the office.
  • Respond to enquiries from walk-in customers.
  • Ensure the branch has enough resource.i.e. stationeries to support its operations.
  • Monitor to ensure that pickups are done on time.
  • Generate waybill for retail customers.
  • Reconcile all retail transactions and provide report on all outstanding retail transaction.
  • Ensure all customer funds are collected and remitted immediately after deliveries by collaborating with the account officer.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • High National Diploma /Bachelors’ Degree in Management or any social science discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2years of experience in customer service 
  • Experience in the Logistics or Courier Sector will be a plus.
