Job Summary
We are looking for a credit and recovery officer responsible for disbursement & recovery of debts.
Responsibilities
- Selling company products to prospective clients
- Registering New Clients
- Coordinate with other support departments to ensure facilitation of service delivery and implement growth strategies
- Recovering debts
- Monitoring customer payment history
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information
- Track customer complaint resolution
Qualification Required & Experience
- Diploma or Higher qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience.
- Applicants should reside in Kasoa, Dansoman, Madina, Achimota and its environs
- Must be computer literate
