Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, including Ghana labour Act 651
- Manage employee relations and promote cross-cultural team integration
- Rapidly establish and scale recruitment system to meet pre-opening and expansion needs
Qualification Required & Experience
- Fluent in English: proficiency in French or local languages (Twi, Ga) is a plus
- 5+ years of HR experience in hotels across Africa or other emerging markets
- Familiarity with Pregasus or Opera System
- In-depth knowledge of Ghanaian social security, taxation and union negotiation processes preferred
