Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across the IGCSE Business syllabus
- Prepare students for success in their Papers.
- Integrate ethics, sustainability, and Christian values into teaching practice.
- Use a range of teaching strategies including case studies, simulations, and digital tools.
- Contribute to curriculum development, assessments, and enrichment activities.
- Support students pastorally and help foster a culture of integrity, responsibility, and innovation.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Business at IGCSE or similar level.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and Christian education principles is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of international business concepts and real-world application.
- Excellent command of the Cambridge IGCSE assessment objectives.
- Confident classroom management and differentiated instruction techniques.
