Job Description
- Location: Mion, Karaga, Tolon and Kumbugu District’s. (Northern Region)
- Location: Northern Region (precisely Mion, Karaga, Kumbungu & Tolon)

Position Summary
IPA is seeking experienced enumerators to conduct in-person surveys with household members. The job may require you to work from your home or a centralized location in the Northern Region.
Residents in Karaga, Kumbungu, Mion and Tolon districts who speak the following languages are
preferred. Likpakpani, & Dagbani.
Reports to: Field Manager
The Enumerators will conduct in-person surveys with adult household members in the areas listed above.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys in assigned communities.
- Live within assigned districts or field stations during the period of the survey when necessary
- Adhere to all IPA survey and data protocols.
- Adhere to all COVID-19 protocols outlined by the Ghana Health Service.
- Promptly respond to contact from the Research Associate, Field Manager, Senior Research
Required Skills or Experience
Quality Associate or other IPA staff.
Perform other duties related to the project that may be assigned to him/her.
Skills or Experience
- Higher National Diploma or its equivalent from a reputable institution with experience in field/data collection.
- Should be familiar with Computer Assisted Interview (CAI) or keen to learn.
- Familiarity with administering interviews using SurveyCTO is an added advantage.
- Should be fluent in English
- Should be fluent and able to translate questionnaire in any or combination of the following languages: Likpakpani, & Dagbani.
- Should be willing to travel and work in remote communities.
Note
- There will be an aptitude test and interviews for external shortlisted candidates
- Trainees who perform best at the surveyor training will be considered for engagement and/or other leadership positions.
- Being a resident of the above-mentioned districts is preferable
