JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats
- Informing passengers about the aircraft’s safety procedures and ensuring that they are followed
- Delivering high-quality customer service and attending to passengers’ needs, including serving meals and drinks
- Checking the cabin before take-off and landing to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Managing in-flight sales of duty-free products
- Assisting passengers in stowing carry-on luggage safely
- Dealing with emergencies and providing first aid if necessary Helping passengers to disembark the aircraft safely at the end of a flight
- Completing paperwork, including writing flight reports
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years work experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Basic skills in MS Office
- Customer service experience
- Training in emergency response and safety procedures
- Diploma or higher
