Job Description
Reports to: General Manager / CEO
Job Purpose
To manage the human resource functions of the organization including recruitment, employee relations, records management, and HR policy implementation.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employee contracts, job descriptions, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records both in soft and hard copy formats.
- Support payroll input and ensure accuracy of staff data for salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory obligations (e.g., SSNIT, GRA).
- Address employee concerns and manage disciplinary procedures when necessary.
- Organize training and development sessions for staff.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills or Experience
Eduaction
Minimum qualification: Degree or Professional HR Certification.
Skills/Competencies
- Understanding of Ghana labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software.
N:B: Must reside in Accra and be able to easily commute to and from Circle
