Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and set high standards
- Oversee recruitment, selection and retention
- Manage training, development and performance appraisal
- Maintain attendance and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Develop HR strategies and policies for a positive work environment
Qualification Required & Experience
- First Degree in HR or related field
- 2 to 3 years relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
