Here’s the current job opening at Japan Motors Trading Company LTD. The company is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive.
Job Summary
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills and a passion for automobiles
Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Promote and sell automobiles by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable models
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals nd quotations
- Stay updated on industry development, competitor activities and new automobile models
- Assist customers with financing and insurance options when necessary
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the automobile industry and current market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
