- Lead team performance and regional expansion
- Maintain lean project cargo operations
Required Skills or Experience
Preferred Background
- 10+ years in logistics (freight forwarding and asset-led operations)
- Proven results in scaling logistics
- Experience in managing P & L
Preferred Skills/Certifications
- MBA/Msc preferred in related field
- Freight forwarding and transport operations
- Strong leadership & cross functional skills
