ShaQ Express Position Summary
The Head of Operations will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s entire logistics and delivery ecosystem across multiple cities. The role includes end-to-end oversight of fleet management, warehousing, order fulfillment, hub coordination, inter-city dispatch, cost control, and delivery quality assurance.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-region logistics operations.
- Strong experience managing fleet logistics, warehouse workflows, and last-mile delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 30+ people across diverse job roles and geographies.
- Strong command of Excel, operations software, and logistics reporting tools.

ShaQ Express Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly net salary: GHS 6,000 – GHS 8,000 based on experience.
