Meatloaf-how to make from the scratch

0

What is meatloaf?

Meatloaf is a dish made with ground meat and other ingredients that have been shaped into a loaf and baked or smoked.

Hand-forming the final shape on a baking tray or pan-forming it in a loaf pan are both options.

It’s typically cooked with ground beef, but it can also be made with ground lamb, hog, veal, venison, poultry, or shellfish.

Individual pieces can be made by slicing the cooked meatloaf like a loaf of bread.

It can easily get dry, thus there are a variety of strategies for keeping it moist, such as adding breadcrumbs and eggs, covering it with sauce, wrapping it, or utilizing moisture-enhancing components in the mixture, such as stuffing it with fatty meats, rich cheeses, or vegetables.
