Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and people-centered Human Resource and Administration Manager to lead our HR and operational administration function in Ghana. This is a foundational role responsible for establishing and managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and building a high-performance, values-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with the business mission and growth plans
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for operational and client-facing teams
  • Design and manage performance management systems, training frameworks, and staff development programs
  • Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor law, data protection regulations, and the global business HR standards

Administrative & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee general office administration, including procurement, facilities, supplies, and vendor management
  • Support company registration, GIPC, Free Zones, SSNIT, insurance, and statutory reporting processes
  • Support health, safety, and security compliance in line with ISO and industry best practice
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, travel, and internal communications

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in HR and administration, preferably in the BPO, tech, or service industry
  • Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour law, HR best practices, and international compliance standards
  • Experience setting up HR systems and tools from the ground up
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
