Essential Functions of IP Network Engineer at Teledata ICT
- To begin with, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network malfunctions or poor internet connectivity
- Secondly, you will install, configure, and troubleshoot customer premises equipment (CPE) including routers and WiFi devices
- Thirdly, you will document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution
- Also, you will verify and close tickets on an incident that has been confirmed resolved
- Lastly, you will ensure compliance with standards & established procedures for resolving customer concerns
Qualification, Skills And Experience
- The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) with at least one year of national service experience.
- Applicants must have good customer skills, including the ability to politely address customer issues in line with customer service standards.
- Also, applicants must have good communication skills, including the ability to express themselves clearly in conversation and interactions with others.
