Job Description
A reputable microfinance company is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to our CEO—someone who’s not only highly organized and proactive, but also passionate about impact and service. This is more than admin support; it’s about enabling leadership and keeping our mission moving forward.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and meetings
- Draft letters, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate board & leadership meetings
- Keep projects, deadlines, and follow-ups on track
- Serve as a warm, professional link between the CEO, staff, and partners
Required Skills or Experience
Who you are:
- Experienced PA/EA (3–5 years) with strong organizational & communication skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
