Qualification Required & Experience
- 5+ years of front office management experience in a four-star or above hotel
- Minimum f 2 years of experience as Assistant, Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager
- Pre-opening experience is essential, including system setup and service standard formulation
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Opera PMS and CRM / revenue tools such as IDeas
