JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs
- Answering customer inquiries about products or services
- Offering advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Restocking and reorganizing products on the shop floor
- Performing inventory checks and ordering new stock as needed
- Handling customer complaints and issues, escalating to a manager when necessary
- Promoting store loyalty programs or special sales to customers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- SHS or diploma
