JOB SUMMARY
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate company services
- Respond to customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure customer information remains confidential and secure
- Count and package currency and coins
- Record all transactions accurately and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, company supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Using software to track company information and generate reports.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years professional
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Computer proficiency, especially with banking systems and software
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- HND or degree
