  • Manage after-sales service and follow-ups to build lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper display of merchandise.
  • Process sales transactions, track inventory, and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and provide administrative support to the shop owner as needed.
  • Support and coordinate part-time staff or assistants to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications and Skills
