Last week, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite celebrated his 60th birthday and it has been the talk of town ever since.

He visited his hometown, Wiamoase in the Ashanti Region during which he made huge donations to widows and the underprivileged. He also gifted his two sisters, Bee and Mary, two completely equipped five-bedroom mansions.

Those using ‘’Vudu and Juju’’ on your relatives ‘’ayekoo’’ you are bewitching your own Despite in the making.

Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong, his brother and business partner, also threw him an elaborate party in East Legon, the first of its kind in the history of Ghana.

This extravaganza party was attended by a large number of luminaries, musicians, movie stars, politicians, business moguls, TV and radio personalities and other dignitaries. Oh men, this party was lollapalooza, jamboree, spectacular and beyond description.

As if that wasn’t enough, the CEO of the Despite Group of Companies has added a new Bugatti Chiron to his fleet of cars, money talks, ‘’who say money no dey Ghana’’. Chairman always dey tension the ‘so-called big boys’. The car was unveiled at East Legon on Sunday morning, February 6, 2022, at East Legon Executive Fitness Club gathering. The car was also spotted at a filling station within the vicinity.

This makes Dr. Osei Kwame Despite the first Ghanaian and West African to own a Bugatti Chiron. As the first Ghanaian and West African to possess a Bugatti Chiron, he has made history.

The Bugatti Chiron is a mid-engine two-seater sports car designed and developed in Germany by Bugatti Engineering GmbH and manufactured in Molsheim, France, by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S.

It was announced in January 2022 that every Chiron had been sold. The car is estimated to cost above $3 million and is the most luxurious sports model with 1500 horsepower.
