Requirements for Korea International Cooperation Agency Scholarship 2026
- Be a citizen of an eligible country (see list below)
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Be under 40 years old as of February 1, 2026
- Have proficiency in English (as courses are taught in English)
- Be a civil servant or professional officially recommended by their government
- Have relevant professional experience of at least 2 years for Master’s and 3 years for Doctorate programs
