Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Flinders University in Australia is providing an opportunity for students who wish to pursue their undergraduate studies in the country.
Why You Shoyld Apply For AJ and IM Naylon Honours Scholarship
Subject to the availability of funds, 10 scholarships valued at $10,000 each will be awarded in total. A full-time student will receive payment in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester. A part-time student will receive a pro-rata payment after the census date of each semester. Payments will be made subject to satisfactory progress.
Eligibility Requirements for AJ and IM Naylon Honours Scholarship
The scholarship recipient must:
- normally be enrolled full-time at Flinders University*; and
- be commencing an honours program; or
- have completed 108 units of a 4-year bachelor’s degree program and commencing the honours component of that program; and
- undertaking a research project in agriculture; and
- not in receipt of any other scholarship concurrently with the AJ and IM Naylon Honours Scholarship
*Scholarships are available to part-time students in exceptional circumstances, which include (but are not limited to) disability, illness, or carer responsibilities.
Interview date, Process and Venue for AJ and IM Naylon Honours Scholarship
The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and the extent to which an applicant’s honours research project is relevant to Australian agriculture. Selection will be made by Student Finance Services in consultation with the College of Science and Engineering and Australian Executor Trustees in accordance with approved University procedures.
Scholarship recipients shall submit to the Selection Committee a final written report on their Honours research project within one month of completion.
