The Excellence Scholarship for French Grandes Écoles embodies a remarkable partnership between the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports (MENPS) and the French Embassy in Morocco. Each year, a dedicated Franco-Moroccan selection committee awards 200 transformative social coverage scholarships (BCS) to ambitious Moroccan students embarking on their journey in the first year of an Engineering or Business Grande École program in France. This enriching 3-year scholarship, part of the MENPS merit-based program, opens doors for selected students, granting them the prestigious status of a French government scholarship and its valuable benefits.

Campus France offers scholarships to financially disadvantaged students to pursue a Master’s program in France.
Why You Should Apply For The Excellence Scholarship Program – Social Coverage Scholarships (BCS)
1. The BCS is awarded to students for the duration of their studies in France, 3 years. It is combined with the merit-based grant awarded by the MENPS.
2. The BCS entitles students to the status of “ French Government Scholarship Holder ”, with all the associated benefits: – Exemption from tuition fees at French institutions under the authority of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR – Ministère de l’Education, de la Recherche, de la Solidarité et de la Solidarité); – Exemption from differentiated fees for students from outside the European Union; – Coverage of health insurance; – Free visa fees; – Reimbursement of Campus France application fees; Registration.
Eligibility Requirements for Excellence Scholarship Program – Social Coverage Scholarships (BCS)
- Be of Moroccan nationality
- Be enrolled in the 2nd year of a CPGE in France or Morocco during the 2024-2025 academic year
- Be admitted for the year, in respect of the 2025-2026 academic year, to a Grande École of Business or Engineering in France
- Be a recipient of the merit scholarship from the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports (MENPS)
