About The Role:
Rice Indent business has been growing at significant pace, as a part of continued growth, we would like to look for a candidate who will be result oriented, methodical, strategic and a fast learner and work with team for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Engagement & Key Account Management
- Formulation of business strategy for various countries in Africa (East, West and Central).
- Managing key relations, driving sales and customer relationships.

- Enabling business Development for Indent Rice and identify opportunities in this space for Olam to increase participation.
- Monitoring execution of the business by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing payments/ insurance and credit exposures (if any) for the trades executed.
- Complete Risk Management i.e. CP, Price Position, credit, stock risk, shipment risk, ops risk etc.
- Understanding key trends of the Industry, markets and our customers’ requirements
- Enlightening the customer on Olam’s sustainability efforts including initiatives like certifications, traceability, and supply chain differentiation.

Ideal Person:
- Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills.
- Experience of about 12-15 years in dynamic key account management business.
- Strategic and preferred partner of customer and successfully deliver win-win for both Olam and customer requirements.
