There is currently a job vacancy at Guinness Ghana Limited. The beer business is looking for a manager of sales performance. The Head of Sales Operations will receive this person’s report.

Purpose:

To support Sales activities by collating, maintaining and analyzing a comprehensive set of information tools, reports and records as well as develop & maintain the databases, schedules and reports to underpin decisions on Sales activity and prioritization

Key Accountabilities:

Sales Data Management

Ensure availability of accurate Sales reports and submitted timeously for effective business decision making
Volume target computation
Ensure communication of sales targets and achievements to key collaborators – KDs, Sales staff, etc

Implement and resolve all Sales Incentive Plan issues to ensure achievement of sales targets
Effective management of all sales tools of trade and with mitigation plan
Ensure strict adherence of price Compliance

Trade Insights:

Manage specific/assigned research projects within country with accountability for methodology, agency management and delivery of insights.

Variable Compensation

Manage the Compensation scorecard and assist with compensation process
Develop appropriate methodologies for Sales – Out efficiency

Qualifications and Experience Required:

University degree in economics, finance, accounting, or business administration
Minimum 4 years of meaningful professional experience in a market research agency and/or working in an FMCG organization
Proficient in English
Excellent financial system and Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access)
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong collaborator engagement skills
Commercial/business insight
Proven ability as a strong teammate working across multiple geographies and cultures
