1. Senior Mining Planning Engineer
ROLE PURPOSE
To give confidence in the Mining Plan by reviewing and interrogating existing data from the life of mine process and produce realistic designs that enable plans and schedules to be produced at the required standard for short-term planning and production systems.

ROLE PURPOSE
To map underground excavations/development including crosscuts, footwall and hanging infrastructure, reef drives, and other areas deemed appropriate and collect representative geological data to assist in building integrated models. This would be done by mapping old development areas which are going to be opened or stripped and new ones to be developed by the mining contractor.

ROLE PURPOSE
To provide dependable systems of work that reliably delivers the expected ore grade and tonnage from mine to mill. Integrate the technical studies, programs and analysis of production geology with the business objectives and processes of mine planning, mining production, and process plant. Monitor and report on these processes through effective reconciliation of gold movement across the system.

5. Maintenance Planner-Process Plant.
ROLE PURPOSE
To be accountable for planning and ensuring that all fixed plants are maintained according to the original equipment manufacturer standards so that it can be handed over in a timely manner, ‘fit for purpose’ to the Mining operations team for safe and efficient use. The role holder will also ensure that, planning function’s immediate goal is to reduce costs, improve reliability and sustain operational improvement initiatives via the implementation and execution of the AGA Asset Management Plan.
