Role Summary:
- As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our fleet, with a specific focus on Japan Saloon Cars. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in contributing to the safety, efficiency, and performance of our vehicles. You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate to uphold the optimal working condition of the fleet.

Key Tasks:
- Oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Japan Saloon Cars.
- Lead comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues and prescribe necessary repairs.
- Supervise the overhaul and repair of various vehicle components, including engines, brakes, suspensions, and transmissions.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks, adhering to industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
