Job Description
A fast-growing company in the micro-finance industry seeks to employ a hardworking and experienced loan officer in Accra who will be responsible for managing loan portfolios and conducting a detailed analysis of loan results. (With added benefits).

Key responsibilities also include
- Review credit documents and ensure proper and efficient delivery of credit administration duties.
- Conducting detailed analysis of requests and making recommendations as appropriate for consideration.
- Manages loans within loan portfolio and monitors customer’s financial conditions, loan performance and repayment history.
- Ensure compliance with the internal policy, credit approval terms and conditions, and regulatory ratios/policies.
- Ensures post-disbursement compliance with approval terms and conditions, assignment of rights, review expiring of credit and updates on insurance.

Requirements
- Must be between the ages of 18-30
- Must be willing to reside in residence provided by the institution
- Must be willing to walk short distances within the geographical area of the site
Educational Qualification
- Must have an HND/Diploma in any field of study
Compensation
- Salary – GHC 700
- Transportation- GHC 300
- Free Accommodation
