1. Field Service Representative
- Execute service projects through inspections and audits, reports, repair, maintenance and project work.
- Act as technical leader, expert, and key technical point of contact to the local business for all cement equipment related concerns
- Engage with clients and provide professional service to the customer per company guidelines.

- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Prepare quotes, offers and participate in tender submission process.

3. Standards and Assurance Manager
- Monitor and internally update the firm on the performance and progress of activities of (RA/internal BB standard) certification compliance of IMS teams of suppliers.
- Monitor the progress of all steps in the certification processes of IMS teams of suppliers.
- Provide updates on the internal Certification Status overview on a weekly basis and ensure key updates are shared with the Organization’s Country Representative.
