Clean Eats Limited is a Ghanaian healthy fast food restaurant which was established in the industrial city of Tema. The Company has an administrative and Production branch in Tema, and three retail outlets in East Legon, Haatso and Tema.
Clean Eats is looking for a restaurant supervisor to join its collaborative talents committed to being the greatest team in the industry.
Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers’ and employees’ concerns, and resolving them
- Ensuring that the shop has enough items for sales, and ordering for additional items when necessary
- Assist in undertaking practical trainings for new and existing shop staff
- Meeting set targets and ensuring excellent customer service delivery
- Daily stock-taking at the Shops
- Reconciliation of sales and electronic transactions made during the day
- Any other assigned task
Qualifications & Documents
- HND or WASSCE with at least 3 years working experience in the food and hospitality industry, or a degree in Hospitality.
- A minimum of 1 year working experience
- Passionate about working in the food industry
- Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
