KNUST 2022 Virtual and In-Person Graduation: Schedule and Registration for Undergraduates and Postgraduates.
On Friday, December 30, 2022, the management of Kwame Nkrumah University of Sciences and Technology (KNUST) officially revealed the dates for the 2023 virtual graduation ceremonies for undergraduate students who completed their degree programmes this year(2022).

When is the KNUST 2022 graduation ceremony date?
The virtual graduation ceremony for the 2022 undergraduate graduates is set for Tuesday, March 14th through Saturday, March 18th, 2023.
According to a university announcement, an in-person graduation ceremony for postgraduate (Masters and PhD) students will be placed on March 17th and 18th, 2023.

Where should I pay my KNUST graduation fee?
“Graduands who completed their programmes of study in September 2022 should pay GHC 360.00 CASH at any of the following banks; ECOBANK, GCB, UBA, STANBIC, CAL BANK, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, REPUBLIC BANK, ABSA BANK, and CBG”, according to the announcement.
The graduation fee covers Congregation Publications, Graduation Medals, Certificate Holders, University Souvenirs, and Administrative Costs.
Graduands are required to provide the following information at the Bank:

- Programme of Study
- Examination Index Number
- Student ID Number
- Contact Address
- Telephone/ Cell phone Number
- Email Address

Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (formal/traditional wear) using the students’ portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students). The deadline for picture upload is Friday, 20th January, 2023.

Collection of Certificates
Graduates are to collect their Certificates and Souvenir from their respective college (IDL and SGS included) between Monday, 20th March 2023 to Friday, 31st March 2023.
Those who are unable to collect their Certificates and Souvenirs during this period should pick theirs from the Examinations Office (Casely Hayford Building) from Monday, 3rd April, 2023.
The University would mount photo booths from Monday 20th March to Friday 31st March, 2023 for interested graduates to take their Graduation Photographs.
