- Provides overall program vision with technical and strategic leadership to achieve financial and contractual accountability and program results.
- Represents the program and IntraHealth with the donor, implementing partners and stakeholders.

- Lead the development and implementation of program evaluations, assessments, and research related activities.

3 . FINANCE AND OPERATIONS (F&O) DIRECTOR
- Provide financial management and administration of the cooperative agreement and management support and oversight in the implementation of project activities in line with USAID and IntraHealth guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information is presented to USAID, including project expenditure analysis.
