1 . Chief of Party

  • Provides overall program vision with technical and strategic leadership to achieve financial and contractual accountability and program results.
  • Represents the program and IntraHealth with the donor, implementing partners and stakeholders.

2 . MERL DIRECTOR

  • Provide direct support and technical assistance for the development and implementation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation system.
  • Lead the development and implementation of program evaluations, assessments, and research related activities.

3 . FINANCE AND OPERATIONS (F&O) DIRECTOR

  • Provide financial management and administration of the cooperative agreement and management support and oversight in the implementation of project activities in line with USAID and IntraHealth guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial information is presented to USAID, including project expenditure analysis.

4 . DEPUTY CHIEF OF PARTY

  • Supervise assigned staff to facilitate achievement of program objectives and targets with management and technical backstopping and support.
  • Account to the COP on the delivery of technical program objectives, with regular reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
