Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the salt production equipment, process selection of the washing powder, participate in the entire equipment selection before the commencement of production.
- Responsible for the technical improvement, inspection, maintenance of the production equipment.
- Establish the management ledger of the factory facilities and inventory in a timely manner.
- Eliminate potential safety hazards from engineering and technical aspects.
- Promote PM group activities, reduce downtime, continuously improve the stability and reliability of facilities and equipment, in order to ensure smooth and effective production.
- Through equipment maintenance and improvement, reach the target of cost reduction and efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Education: diploma and above
2. Experience: 3 years and above of production management experiences in salt factory
3. Understand cost, personnel management and performance appraisal
4. Familiar with computer office software is preferred
