You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ticketing, tour packages, cruise, jet and car rental services, and immigration services;
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals;

- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to expand the customer base and secure long-term business relationships;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Marketing Management
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement;
- Develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to support sales efforts;
- Oversee market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer preferences;

- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with product development teams to refine tour packages and services based on customer feedback and market demands;
- Assist in developing new tour packages and services to diversify the company’s offerings.
Budget Management:
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.

Reporting:
- Provide regular reports and analysis of sales and marketing performance to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage);
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, ideally within the travel and tourism industry;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage a dynamic team;
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities;
