Job Description

  • To oversee and manage the administrative functions to achieve the Group objectives through coordinating and supervising various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.
  • Additionally, be responsible for managing personnel, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

DUTIES:

  • Manage a team of administrative personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to staff members, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. Regularly review and update policies as necessary.
  • Oversees budget preparation and ensures resources are allocated appropriately and expenditures are within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient practices.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility-related needs. Ensure a safe and secure work environment for employees.
  • Establish and maintain efficient recordkeeping systems, including electronic and physical files. Manage document retention and disposal processes. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

  • Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure cost-effective purchasing practices and quality control.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly & annual reports for management decisions.
