Here is the Latest Job Vacancy At Zonda tec Ghana Limited. The company is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive.

The Customer Service Executive shall deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face. The successful candidate shall obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the clients.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Provide pricing and delivery information and prepare cards for customers.
Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keep record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.

Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises.
Follow up on customers and their complaints; ensure that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company by using a recognized and comprehensive benchmark.
Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check.
Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs

Working Days: Mondays- Fridays (8am-5pm) and Saturdays (8am-12 Noon)

Required Skills or Experience

A first degree or HND in Management Studies or any other related discipline with minimum 2 years’ experience after mandatory National Service in similar role.
Effective communication skills and must be approachable.
Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of people
Ability to listen and pay attention to details
The service executive should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers
Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English
Must be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence.
Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application

Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines without making errors
Possess excellent telephone etiquette
