2. Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Organizational Effectiveness

Make proposals to HHR to administer customized benefits and reward incentives to retain high performing talents
Work with the HRBP and other Line Managers to ensure timely and successful recruitment of Station Supervisor Trainees, Shift Captains and Service Attendants.
