2. Senior Backfill Engineer

Investigate all environmental incidents in assigned work areas and prepare reports with recommendations for the Departmental Manager for onward submission to the Environmental Manager or his/her representative
Develop the Backfill Engineering team recruitment specifically driving the localisation aims of the mine.
Map key internal stakeholder relationships and value with relevant management routines (communication, touchpoints, key meetings)
Prepare Backfill Engineering data aligned to defined quality assurance expectations

3. Control Room Lead

Must be very experienced and have good understanding of all the sections of the operations. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in plant operations.
Proven good practical knowledge in process control operations.
Plant operational experience or preferably in supervisory role of not less than one year.
