- Government of Flanders Master Mind Scholarships
The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training awards scholarships for master’s programs in Flanders and Brussels to outstanding students from around the world.
The grant is paid in instalments and covers accommodation costs, insurance and a significant amount of their living expenses. If you are interested, you first need to apply to one of the Flemish host institutions that participate in the Master Mind Scholarship Program.

VLIR-UOS provides scholarships to students from chosen developing countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America to study development-related training or master’s programmes at institutions in Belgium. The scholarships cover the tuition fee, accommodation, allowance, travel costs, and other programme-related costs.
4. ARES Scholarships in Belgium for Developing Countries

5. Belgian American Educational Foundation (BAEF)
The Belgian American Educational Foundation (BAEF) encourages applications for fellowships for advanced study or research during the academic year 2023-2024, at a Belgian university or institution of higher learning.
The BAEF will award up to eleven fellowships as outright non-renewable grants carrying a stipend of $ 29,000 for Master’s or Ph.D. students and $ 33,000 for Post-doctoral Fellows.
